  • We live in an area where internet connections are spotty at best. When we heard MGW would be installing fiber in our neighborhood we signed up. The two techs that came out to install the fiber in our home today were great. They did a great job of running the line and placing the equipment. They were totally respectful of our home. After about 3 hours of install we have the best internet connection that we have ever had.

Then MGW installed fiberoptic on our street and it was a game changer yet again. Blazing internet speeds at an affordable price!   • A company that looks out for the customer instead of themselves! I had forgotten my password and while their Customer Support team was checking my account, the representative felt it was not performing as it should. He had a technician check it and sure enough it was not performing to their specs. After they remotely worked on my modem, I can now watch HD and 4K movies off of the internet with the better speed they were able to get for me. Thank you as always for your great service.
