Autopay

What is autopay?

EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) is our Autopay option that allows you to use your debit/credit card or the information from your bank account to make payments for your service. The electronic funds transfer takes place on the 18th of each month. If the 18th falls on a weekend or holiday, the automatic payment will be processed on the following business day. This allows you the peace of mind that you will not get behind on your bill or receive a late fee. We comply with all PCI compliance measures and best industry practices. Our customers’ privacy is their right and our duty.

You can set up automatic payments for your account using your SmartHub account any time, any day or by calling 877-579-9572 Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
